Collect trial registrations online

Let families sign up (and pay) themselves, then turn registrations into your squad.

1. Open your trial and go to Registrations.
2. On the Setup tab, set your fee (or leave it at zero for free), choose a currency, and optionally set a scheduled open/close window.
3. On the Form tab, build your form:
   • relabel, reorder, require or switch off any field
   • add your own questions — short/long text, date, phone, email, number, dropdown, position picker, yes/no, acknowledgement tick-boxes, or section headings
   • add a custom title and description for the page.
   (Player name and contact email are always included — they identify the player and send the receipt.)
4. Open registration and share the link — copy it, or display the QR code for families to scan.
5. As sign-ups arrive, watch them on the Responses tab. You'll get an email for each one; families get a confirmation/receipt.
6. Export responses to CSV any time, or Promote a registration into your trial squad — their preferred positions come across automatically. You can also bulk-promote pending registrations from the trial setup wizard.
