Building the form
Every form starts from a default netball template you can shape to fit your club. For each field you can relabel it, reorder it, mark it required or optional, disable it, or add new fields of your own.

💡 Tip
Opening and closing
- Manual toggle — open or close the form whenever you want
- Scheduled window — optionally set an open and close date/time and let it run itself
Taking payment
Payments run on Stripe Connect. Connect your club's Stripe account once, and parents pay through a hosted Stripe checkout:
- Funds land directly in your club's Stripe account — GameStats keeps a flat platform fee per registration
- Set the fee to $0 for free trials — those confirm instantly with no checkout
- A registration row is saved before checkout, so even abandoned payments leave a record you can follow up
Confirmations
- Parents get a receipt email when their registration is confirmed
- Club admins get a notification for each new registration
Both emails are best-effort — a mail hiccup never blocks a registration from going through.
Promote to squad
- Promote any registration into the trial squad with one click — or select several and bulk-promote
- Preferred positions carry across automatically
- Export every registration to CSV, with a dedicated column for each custom field you added
